Support Piper Air Safety and regulatory stakeholders (NTSB, FAA, etc.) with research, investigation and data analysis activities.Promote positive safety culture via safety promotion, team building, communications, and process improvements.Provide technical leadership to SMS implementation team, and function as member of product safety team.Support Continued Airworthiness activities by providing engineering support for the development of technical publications.Analyze technical data from all available data sources to determine cause and failure trends, and liaise with applicable stakeholders to facilitate mitigation and rectification.Support, promote and maintain the company Flight Safety Management System (SMS). Function as an advocate for the customer and become the voice of the customer regarding product features that are key to customer satisfaction thus nurturing brand loyalty and enhancing the product. Drives continuous improvement in the areas of reliability and safety throughout the company. Continuously reviews and evaluates aircraft and component reliability and safety data to ensure company goals are met.
